No..... the bank didn't fail...... the Bank failed us !!!!
We had an Offer to Purchase in with the bank....again with Multiple Offers...
This was an RTO Deal----the tenant/buyer is ready to move in !!!!! The tenant/buyer picked out the home !!!!
The home was listed for $106,500. It was a foreclosure. We were notified that there were multiple offers and we had to ask the tenant/buyer to raise their buyout price by a few thousand....so that we could raise our price !
We made a good offer at $112,000 !!!!!! The bank kept us on HOLD for two weeks !!!!!! Finally, they came back to us and said they took another offer ??????? What a bunch of CRAP
I immediately notified our investor member and the RTO client. We then went out the next day and found them another home......an even better home !!!
We have the offer in and hopefully we can get it closed by the end of October.
PS: This is a NEW Construction, 6 Bedroom/ 3 Bath home and the list price was $149,000 !!!!!!!!! (I think the builder needed to sell this one!).
